Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or events beyond our control. Orders ship from our international fulfillment center.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, check your email for a tracking number. Track your package on our website via the Track Your Order page. Allow 48–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Incorrect Address

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. Contact us immediately at info@vitalonnaturals.com if you need to update it — changes are possible only before shipping.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Vitalon™ Pro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered according to tracking. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your carrier directly.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
