How to Return

Contact our support team at info@vitalonnaturals.com with your order number and a short reason for the return. We will quickly review your request and send return instructions.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a refund, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In its original packaging with all accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note: For hygiene reasons, heavily used or damaged items (beyond normal testing) may not be eligible for a full refund. We reserve the right to inspect returns.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges

We replace only defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Contact us within 60 days — we will cover shipping for verified defects.

Shipping Costs

Defective or Damaged Items: We reimburse reasonable return shipping costs after verification.

Change of Mind Returns: Customer pays return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For orders over $75, we recommend using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance.

Non-Returnable Items

Digital downloads, gift cards, and personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.
